Description

Using biomonitoring data on pregnant Inuit women in Nunavik between 2011 and 2013, the authors examine the relationships between socioeconomic characteristics and concentrations of mercury and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). The study shows a strong inverse relationship between education level and mercury levels, but not for PCBs.
