Description

This article compares concentrations of pentachlorophenol and hydroxylated polychlorinated biphenyl metabolites in the umbilical cord plasma of neonates from communities where exposure to these contaminants is high due to seafood diets. This includes the Inuit of Nunavik, the inhabitants of the North Shore of Bas-Saint-Laurent and those of Quebec City.
