Description

CHEO has developed four modules to help health professionals deliver culturally appropriate health services to residents of the Qikiqtaaluk region. These modules present information on the region's geography, history and demographics; Inuit culture, values and lifestyles; the challenges of health service delivery in Nunavut, as well as cultural competence and its impact on health care.
