This website provides access to the Health Equity Impact Assessment (HEIA) Tool, for use by organizations in Ontario's health care system and health care providers , as well as to organizations outside the health care system that may have health implications. The tool includes a template and a job guide providing guidance on using the tool. It guides users through the five steps of the health equity assessment process (scoping, possible impacts, mitigation, monitoring, and dissemination), and the results are recorded in the template. Supplements are available for certain specific populations, such as LGBT2SQ, immigrant and French-speaking populations,
