Description

Developed in line with the Government of British Columbia's commitment to renewing the relationship with Indigenous peoples, this guide is intended to help all provincial public servants who work and live on traditional Indigenous territories change their attitudes and behavior in order to build relationships with Indigenous individuals and communities based on respect, recognition of Indigenous title and rights, and accommodation. It defines a series of 17 skills of 4 types (personal effectiveness, obtaining operational results, interpersonal relations and leading people).
