This report presents findings from an assessment of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Adminsitration's training program for practitioners from community-based organizations serving marginalized populations. The assessment focuses on the factors influencing implementation and effectiveness of the training program, challenges and barriers to participating in the training program, and supports needed to ensure fidelity of the training program.
