This article examines what is known about the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the learning and educational achievement of children and youth in Canada who are identified as vulnerable due to educational, environmental, and social factors. The authors highlight the need to develop and fund initiatives that address threee critical areas: reliable high-speed internet, effective and inclusive learning spaces, and a range of coordinated social services.
