This article is the first in a series of three to discuss the World Forum Working Group on Children's Rights project, Images of Rights: Children's Perspectives. The project highlights expressions of children's realities through their artwork with the aim of acquiring a better understanding of how children and their caregivers envision and live their rights. This article introduces the project, provides context and background related to children's rights, and solicits calls for individuals to participate in the project.
